Terms of Service

1. What Diagrafy is

Diagrafy is a software service that generates diagrams (flowcharts, process maps, and similar visualizations) from text descriptions or uploaded documents, using a third-party AI model, and provides tools to edit and export the resulting diagrams.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

3. Plans, billing, and credits

Diagrafy offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan, each with a monthly allowance of AI generation credits. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and processed by Paddle.com, who acts as our reseller and merchant of record — meaning Paddle is the seller you're transacting with for billing, tax, and payment purposes, even though you're using Diagrafy's software. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account's Profile menu; see our Refund Policy for details on how cancellations and refunds work.

4. Your content

Any text, documents, or files you submit, and any diagrams you generate or save, remain yours. We don't claim ownership over your content. To provide the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content as necessary — including sending submitted text/documents to a third-party AI provider (currently Google's Gemini API) to generate diagrams. 5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Diagrafy to:

• Generate or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Abuse the free tier or credit system through automated or fraudulent means
• Upload documents you don't have the legal right to submit for processing

6. AI-generated content

Diagrams are generated by an AI model and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or misrepresent the source text or document. You're responsible for reviewing and verifying any diagram before relying on it for business, legal, medical, financial, or other consequential decisions.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep Diagrafy available and reliable, but the Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diagrafy and Maged ElKabbani are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated diagram content.

9. Termination

You may stop using Diagrafy and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Diagrafy after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
